Justin Chapman

Justin Chapman possesses extensive experience creating and managing complex information solutions for government affairs and compliance professionals for corporations, law firms, and trade associations. Justin helps facilitate best practices related to government affairs’ workflows to streamline processes and create efficiencies while maintaining high quality and value add components. He is a data management specialist and has decades of content collection, conversion and processing experience including the implementation of multifaceted legislative and regulatory affairs information solutions. Justin’s deep and broad understanding of the state government affairs industry and its consumers helps customers meet their information demands. Justin works with FOCUS to create continuous improvement initiatives, business development and special projects. Previously, Justin was an Executive Director at State Net where he gained most of his experience in state government processes and procedures. Coupling the deep knowledge of state content, information management and the needs of the industry, Justin managed and supported content operations, product and content development, customer service teams, sales department, contract negotiations, and various other elements of the business. Justin is a native Californian who still resides in the Bay Area. Justin attended the University of Phoenix and has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
